Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of the succulent pots we make and want to ensure each and every customers are satisfied. Please let us know if a succulent pot arrives damaged within 7 days to process a replacement.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for store credit. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and replacement item shipping costs.
